By checking this box, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions for enrollment in the Samantha Aiello Health coaching program:

I understand that this retreat includes shared accommodations (unless booking a private room), emotional wellness experiences, movement practices, and outdoor activities. I acknowledge that all deposits are non-refundable and that refunds after October 7, 2026 are not guaranteed. I understand this is an alcohol-free retreat experience and agree to the cancellation and payment policies outlined above.

5. Commitment & Refund Policy

This is a commitment-based coaching program.

No refunds are provided unless a verified, unforeseen life event prevents completion
No program pauses or extensions unless approved in writing
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes
You remain responsible for full payment once enrolled
6. Confidentiality

All shared information is confidential unless:

Required by law
Released by written consent
Publicly available through no fault of either party
7. Intellectual Property

All materials are the property of Samantha Aiello Health, LLC.

You receive a single-user license for personal use only.
Sharing, copying, or distributing materials is prohibited.

8. Non-Disparagement

Both parties agree not to make statements that harm the other’s reputation, business, or services.

9. No Guarantees / Not Medical Advice
Results are not guaranteed
Coaching is not medical or mental health treatment
Samantha Aiello Health does not diagnose, treat, or cure conditions
You are responsible for seeking professional medical care when needed
10. Limited Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
No responsibility is assumed for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to hold Samantha Aiello Health, LLC harmless from any claims related to your participation.

12. Termination

Samantha Aiello Health, LLC may terminate participation (without refund) if:

You are disruptive or disrespectful
You violate program guidelines
You breach these terms

Full payment remains due upon termination.
